Reflexology
Reflexology is a gentle holistic therapy which aims to restore the mind, body and spirit. Its principles are based on theories both old and new. It is known that early Chinese, Japanese, Indians, Russians and Egyptians worked on the feet to promote good health.
During the early 20th century, modern day theories began to develop and since the 1970s reflexology has continued to grow, and is now a widely recognised and respected therapy.
