I have always been interested in alternative way of looking at things. When I was younger 'alternative' was cooking with spices and garlic!
I was always very keen on natural products and materials and that has continued. My love of Athletics led me into teaching Physical Education. I moved from the West Midlands to Essex and became Head of Department. After marriage and the birth of my first son I stopped teaching to bring up my children.
When a friend contracted cancer in 1999 I looked into alternative treatment to support her recovery. I found out about Reiki and took a course to learn how to access Reiki energy. I found it invaluable to use on my children especially when one of them suffered badly from ear infections as a baby. Friends also enjoyed the pain relief and relaxation effect of Reiki. My friend recovered.
I took level II Reiki in 2000. This was a stronger form of Reiki with more uses. A move to Cambridgeshire saw a branching out in the use of Reiki energy. As well as using it to help friends and family I learned to use energy to clear negative and stuck energies from properties. I learned to dowse for water and water channels.
At this time I was drawn to learn to communicate with Angels. Having tried to work with Angels unsuccessfully for a number of years I was blessed to receive Angel messages. I worked with Darren Linton developing several new courses connecting people with their angels. This year I felt the time was right to take the Reiki Masters course. This means I have stronger use of Reiki energy and can attune others to Reiki.
Since moving to Suffolk I have enjoyed visiting The Windmill Natural Health Centre and now enjoy working alongside the practitioners here.

Courses will be available for anyone wishing to learn Reiki I, II and III. There will also be courses for those who would like to connect to their Angels.
